We were awarded a task to develop a comprehensive brand identity for Cassia Cempaka, an ambitious and highly awaited development project by PDC Properties in Bandar Cassia, Batu Kawan, Penang. The scope of our work encompassed both the verbal and visual identity that is effective in seamlessly integrating the wonders of modern living and the tranquility of nature in the vicinity.

The project drew its essence from the captivating beauty of the Cempaka flower. Nestled in the heart of Bandar Cassia, the development is committed to providing families with an uplifting living experience along with convenient access to essential amenities. With this in mind, we crafted the brand identity to aptly communicate the brand’s aspiration to the public.

To set the project in motion, we put together a tagline as part of the verbal identity. The tagline, Serenity Within Reach (Ketenangan di dalam Jangkauanmu), encapsulates the very heart of Cassia Cempaka. This compact and powerful phrase serves as a guiding principle for the development of a living environment that upholds peacefulness, accessibility, and affordability.

Subsequently, we worked on the logo to go along with the verbal identity. The logo mark represents a fusion of two fundamental flora, Cassia and Cempaka. The interconnected design symbolises a modern touch that mirrors the contemporary nature of the development. The combination of elements also embodies the soul of Cassia Cempaka.

Together, the brand identity not only encapsulates the vision of Cassia Cempaka but is also engaging to people who are seeking a lifestyle that perfectly balances serenity, convenience, and accessibility. Through the reflective verbal and visual identity, we managed to create a brand that not only captures the essence of the project itself but also emphasises our flair for creating impactful brand identities that transcend tangibility.
